Things worth writing to us about
- A correction. If a page here is out of date, imprecise or plainly wrong, tell us which page and what changed. Corrections get priority over everything else.
- A fake site or app you ran into. Send the address exactly as you saw it, or the store listing. We will not publish a takedown list, but patterns from real reports shape the safety pages.
- A question the site does not answer. Gaps in coverage usually become pages.
- Rights or attribution issues. Point at the specific line and we will deal with it.
Things we genuinely cannot help with
AliasDesk is an independent reference desk. It is not Pocket Option, it is not the platform behind the Pocket Broker nickname, and it has no access to anyone's account. That means we cannot reset a password, release a held payout, complete a verification, reverse a deposit, close an account or escalate a complaint. Every one of those has to go through the operator's own support channels, from inside the platform, where your account can actually be identified.
We also do not give financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not tell readers what to trade or how much to stake.
